New Book, New Delivery Method

Updated: Aug 9, 2021

I’m trying something totally new and I’m really excited about it. Amazon has a new service available to Kindle readers. If you are not familiar with Kindle, it is Amazon’s electronic publishing service. Most books these days come in electronic format. All of my books are available through Amazon Kindle. This new service allows the author to publish their book one chapter at a time and allows the reader, you, to read the book one chapter at a time. The first few chapters for each book are free. How is that for being risk free?

The beginning chapters of my new book, Connection – Remembering Your Greatness, are already available on Kindle Vella and they are free. In this book, I am sharing new information that we have never published before now. As the title indicates, this book is all about connection. But, in order to release the illusion of being disconnected, we have to evolve our thinking. In order to remember our greatness, we have to let go of limiting beliefs about ourselves and embrace new concepts about who we are and why we are here.

I was born in the early fifties before transistor radios, before computers, before color television, before commercial jet airline travel, before rock and roll music. 33 and 1/3 records were new. There was only one phone per household. Why would you need anymore? However, scientists were in their laboratories discovering things. Any many of those discoveries found their way into the marketplace.

But some industries were so set in their ways, that little or no innovation took place. Some corporate cultures actually prevented innovation. Consider for example electric cars. The corporate cultures of the big automotive companies in Detroit have resisted electric cars. The Japanese auto makers made some modest inroads recently. But, it took an outsider by the name of Elon Musk to build the Tesla. And now they are becoming commonplace on our highways.

There is a corporate culture when it comes to spirituality that likewise inhibits innovation. The

major religions of our time are not promoting innovation. As a matter of fact, they seem to be becoming more and more conservative. Just as the Tesla didn’t come from Detroit, I believe the new spirituality is not going to come from the major religions. The new spirituality is already coming from a number of sources, most of which are online. This blog is one of the many online sources of the new spirituality.

Human thought has stagnated over the past centuries. Sure, science has evolved. But we still cling on to spirituality that is thousands of years old. Those old spiritual stories were told in a manner that could be accepted by the masses of the time. There was no notion of science as we understand it today. There was little understanding of the Earth back then. Humankind seemed to be victimized by the forces of nature or God. The point is, our understanding of our reality has changed dramatically, yet we still cling to the old superstitions.

It is time for us to evolve our spiritual thinking. It is time to understand that those old stories were suitable for a specific time period. It is time to take the original truths that were depicted in those old stories and retell them based upon our current understanding of our reality. The basic spiritual concepts that compose our personal foundational beliefs need to be updated and replaced where necessary. Each one of us has the opportunity to build a new, personal spiritual foundation.

Personal blogs like this one are great, but it is difficult to reach a large number of readers, especially new readers. This is why I am so excited about Kindle Vella. Kindle books are read by people all over the world. This new format allows writers to publish their work much more quickly that older, traditional approaches. And it is designed to be very user friendly.

Each book on Kindle Vella is designed to be read on a portable device like your phone. Also, each chapter is rather short in length and can probably be read in about 5 minutes. What I am asking you to do is to give this new feature from Kindle a try and let me know how you like it. I’d also like to know how this new information resonates with you. Let me know if the content is helpful to you. Let me know if I am explaining it in a way that is clear and concise. I greatly value your feedback and I believe this is a great format that enables that.

Give my new book a try. As I mentioned, the first few chapters are free. Click here to be taken to my book page. I look forward to hearing from you.

New chapters are on the way!
